Here’s the fun part of doing a project with Jane (Karwoski) McCracken. I asked her if she wanted to do a LinkedIn Live sometime in February. That was about the extent of my ask. I thought we might chat a little bit about startups and life and all that, but no real hook.

She said yes right away. A day or so later she got back to me and asked, in the nicest way possible, is this all you got? Basically, she was saying, let’s try and be a little bit more creative and interesting than two people talking.

And so, the idea of drafting startup teams was born.

It’s nice to do stuff with folks who push you to do better.
