You order something online. An email comes telling you it’s shipped and expect it in two days. You click the track my order. It says it’s in the FedEx facility in Ellenwood, GA.

Welp, that’s going to be at least a week late.

It’s not even that I’m mad about this experience anymore. I’m amazed how consistent of an experience it is. Update your algorithm FedEx. If location=Ellenwood then +5 days to delivery date. Everyone’s experience would be better.
